"Quality is the first" is our principle. All of Fihix products match the relevant Bellcore standards and other industrial standards. What we take efforts to achieve is the first-class technologies, the first-class products and the first-class services.
Quality Management
Fihix is actively introducing advanced R&D and manufacturing technologies, as well as management experience to improve the quality of products. We registered for ISO 9000:2000 certification at December 2000.
Since December 2004, we have implemented four quality assurance management systems:
- GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO9001:2000 quality management system
- TL9000 quality management system for telecommunications industry
- GB/T24001-1996----ISO14001 environment management system, specifications and instructions
- GB/T28001-2001----OHSAS18001:1999 occupational health and safety management system and specifications.

- Product performance are qualified with the Telcordia, IEC, GB/T, YD/T and other China or international relevant industrial criteria ;

Quality Systems
Fihix has established the quality management systems according to the demand of GB/T19001-2000 standard. The management systems are applied to all of the management, research and manufacturing divisions in Fihix. The product series cover fiber optic, cable and network products; and the implementation covers the four procedures of GB/T19001-2000 standard, including management activities, resources allocation, product manufacturing, and improvement of measurement and analysis.
